As I found myself wandering around Oceania, I discovered that the cool blue waters of various nations commanded attention to my journey, and I listened. Being a Captain, I felt that there was a real and necessary need to encourage others to take command of any situation in a responsible and respectable position. Therefore, Rogue Ocean was created as an expression of unlimited possibilities.
